Orange Badge
Gymnasts learn and practice:
- Vault: Jump and landing techniques to improve power, control through the air, and a safe landing position.
- Floor: dive roll, cartwheel, and handstand which improve balance, strength and rotation skills; connected and more difficult jumping techniques which are a precursor to tumbling.
- Beam: Turning, jumping, and dismounting techniques to improve balance and body control.
Pre requisites:
- Green Badge or Introduction to Gym
