Prerequisite
- Preschool Basic Certificate
Gymnasts learn and practice:
- Warm-up - aerobic, stretching, conditioning
- Intermediate Rolling - rolling from various positions
- Floor Jumps with safe landings
- Beam Balances on a line and on a low bench
- Vaulting Jumps
Goals:
- Attend at least 6 Preschool Intermediate classes
- Improve strength
- Improve flexibility
- Improve balance
- Improve technical skills
- Improve focus
- Improve confidence
