Gymnasts learn and practice:
- Vaulting: Backward flip, round-off.
- Floor: Round-off pop, backward walkover, and handstand.
- Beam: Jumps, bunny hops (precursor to handstand), arabesque, and forward passe.
- Conditioning: Handstand Pop.
