Blue Badge
Gymnasts learn and practice:
- Vault: Forward flip, round-off, and hand stand to flat back.
- Floor: Handstand, Round-off, bridge, and assisted backwards walkover.
- Beam: Jumps, bunny hops (precursor to handstand), arabesque, and forward passe.
Pre requisites:
- Orange Badge or Introduction to Gym
Goals:
- Pass Blue Badge Judging Criteria
- Compete in Blue Badge interschool competition
